Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Field Supervisor to join our organization at Wilpinjong Mine, working on a 7:7 roster.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in motivating and guiding the team, setting high standards, and ensuring the crew achieves safe levels of plant availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide input into short and long-term maintenance plans
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members, taking accountability for team performance
  • Execute planned, breakdown, and improvement work, minor projects, and reliability initiatives
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, including cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in a Mechanical discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years demonstrated leadership capability in a similar role
  • Knowledge of field equipment, including CAT, Hitachi, Liebherr, and Epiroc drills
