About The Opportunity

This newly created position will lead a small team of professionals based in our Brisbane CBD office, reporting to the People and Culture (P&C) Services Manager.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and systems, with a proven track record of managing initiatives to enhance the service of the P&C function.

The role involves spearheading continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience throughout the employee lifecycle, identifying and resolving inefficiencies within HR processes, and collaborating with cross-functional project teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of professionals in the P&C operations function
  • Manage initiatives to enhance the service of the P&C function
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies within HR processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to achieve optimal outcomes
About You
  • Minimum 5 years leadership and coaching experience of a P&C operations/service delivery team
  • In-depth understanding of people systems and processes with demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and implementing time and cost efficiencies
  • A passion to drive process improvements that deliver a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
  • End-to-end project management experience and a track record of leading operational initiatives and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in managing digital platforms such as an HRIS (ideally SuccessFactors) and SharePoint, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity
  • High-level problem-solving skills, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to maintain highly effective working relationships
  • Strong understanding of talent attraction and retention initiatives to ensure that systems and processes complement this critical entry point of new employees
