Psychosocial Support Specialist

This is a dynamic and flexible role where you will play a vital part in supporting individuals on their journey towards mental health recovery.

You will work closely with clients to develop personalized recovery plans, provide guidance, and empower them to achieve their goals. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their strengths, needs, and goals.
  • Develop individualized recovery plans based on client input and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and advocacy to clients.
  • Assist clients in accessing community resources and services.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation sessions on topics related to mental health and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in mental health or psychosocial support settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of recovery-oriented principles and practices.
