Water Resiliency Expert - Join Our TeamWe are seeking a Senior Water Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Perth, Australia. With over 90 years of experience in the water sector, our team has cultivated strong relationships with clients and a deep understanding of their challenges.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects with industry leaders, including water authorities, major mining firms, and defense organizations.
  1. Lead consulting studies and process design tasks for water utilities, local government, and resources industry clients.
  2. Manage and deliver technical outcomes autonomously and as part of a team, including investigation, analysis, and design tasks to support water and wastewater treatment infrastructure throughout the lifecycle.
  3. Collaborate with clients to foster ongoing relationships and define and deliver water system solutions.
  4. Contribute to winning work and market-led innovative offerings.
Requirements:
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex issues and gain buy-in.
  • Relevant qualification in Science or Engineering recognized in Australia.
  • 6-15 years' experience on water/wastewater process projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results within budget, quality, and time constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective networks in client organizations and professional services organizations.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong ability to work independently or as a key team member.
