We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Legal Officer to join our government team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our legal team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to provide expert advice and guidance on employment law matters.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic employment law advice to management and HR on a range of matters, including employment contracts, ER/IR disputes, disciplinary actions, and anti-discrimination cases.
- Assist in the development of procedures, policies, and governance relating to HR/IR/ER requirements.
- Work with the Manager of Legal Services to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the legal team to provide training and development programs for staff.
- 7+ years of experience in employment law, preferably with strong private practice training.
