Job Title: Manager of Cardiac Operations

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of cardiac professionals, overseeing all aspects of work on the operations floor. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure high-quality services and strict adherence to contractual obligations.

  • Oversee the clinical department to exceed customer service level agreements and quality of service expectations
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of ECG, Holter, BP, and other device-related procedures
  • Manage workload and balance between cardiac physiologists and external parties to minimize overtime and maximize key performance indicators
  • Foster collaborative relationships and develop an enriched cultural environment for team members
  • Develop individual and team goals, implement plans, and motivate operational staff to meet objectives

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor of Science or Certificate IV (Cardiac Physiologist) or recognized tertiary equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in related fields of practice
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role
