The Legal and Policy Directorate seeks a talented Graduate Lawyer to join its team. The successful candidate will be employed by the Department of Customer Service and work in an independent statutory tribunal.
About Our Work
We resolve disputes between insurers and individuals who have been injured in motor accidents or at work. Our goal is to resolve these disputes efficiently in the shortest time frame possible, achieving transparency and fairness for all parties involved.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior solicitors with litigation and provide legal advice
- Conduct research, analysis, and project management across various areas of tribunal-related legal work
- Manage the weekly publication of our Legal Bulletin
- Support member services and monitor project delivery
- Undertake litigation support responsibilities
