Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Professional to join our commercial litigation team in Sydney CBD office. This role involves providing support to our lawyers on various tasks, including preparing briefs, legal correspondence and Court documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and pleadings
  • Assisting in research and analysis of complex commercial law issues
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, counsel, and third parties
  • Providing administrative support to the litigation team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Experience in commercial litigation, preferably in a law firm setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
