This role involves supporting high-profile partners in managing large-scale commercial litigation, class actions, and corporate crime investigation matters.

About the Position

We are representing a prominent law firm seeking an experienced legal professional to join their team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for assisting with complex billing, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing ad hoc administration support.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in a strong litigation team, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior partners on high-profile commercial litigation cases
  • Manage diaries and coordinate travel arrangements for partners
  • Collate briefs and essential documents for court proceedings
  • Conduct ASIC/Title searches as required
  • Handle complex billing, including international transactions
  • Provide general administration support as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in commercial law, particularly within litigation. You should also possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure during peak periods.
