Project Director Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Project Director, working on large complex projects in warehouse and logistics automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with internal teams and external parties to ensure project completion safely, on time, and to agreed functionality.
  • Managing project reporting, budgets, schedule, and cash flow planning.
  • Managing resourcing and staff planning, including coordination of sub-contractors.
  • Onsite management of subcontractors and the project team.
  • Developing strong stakeholder relationships to understand their needs and provide recommendations based on their business and operational environments.
About You:
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven extensive experience 5 years in construction and/or installation for large-scale, complex projects.
  • Knowledge of construction or installation processes, materials, and methods.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in financial controlling software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to travel across Melbourne and interstate.
