About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Product Manager to join our team at ResMed. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our digital health products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute product roadmap and deliver high-quality digital health products on time and within budget.
  • Define product requirements and user stories to ensure that product features meet customer needs and are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation including product plans, business cases, and product roadmaps.
  • Conduct research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product development decisions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors to drive product innovation and differentiate our products.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product roadmap.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Advocate for the product vision and roadmap to gain buy-in and support from key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on digital health or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform product development decisions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and drive business objectives.
