Job Title: Centre Director

A highly respected early childhood education service seeks a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach educators to achieve high-quality educational programs.
  • Support the delivery of innovative, play-based educational programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and growth.
  • Actively contribute to the floor when needed, ensuring a strong connection with children and staff.
  • Maintain open, respectful, and collaborative communication with your team, families, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee all regulatory requirements to maintain high standards of safety, care, and learning.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with families, Defence community, and local community.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or Director role within early childhood education.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant early education legislation and compliance frameworks.
  • Proactive,
  • Organised, and professional approach.
