Senior Educators – ranging from $38.20 p/hr to $43.55 p/hr + Superannuation (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

Your Impact

As a Senior Educator, you will collaborate with your team to observe, inform, and improve educational programs, ensuring safety and inclusivity for all children.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
  2. Lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement educational programs.
  3. Utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education.
  4. Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart policies, procedures, and requirements.
  5. Contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQS
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Share best practices to enhance the education program
