About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our Mobile Banking team. As a Mobile Banker, you will be responsible for visiting members at their preferred location, providing expert mortgage advice, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively grow the home lending portfolio through proactive business development and lead conversion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by identifying and meeting the needs of members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and local community stakeholders.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A solid understanding of retail lending and local residential mortgage products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and stakeholders.
  • Tier 2 accreditation and/or a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence is required.
