We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at Ingenia Communities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the upkeep of our properties and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This casual position involves administering repairs and maintenance to tools, equipment, and machinery, as well as maintaining the appearance of our sites. As a Maintenance Operations Specialist, you will work unsupervised, providing exceptional customer service and being highly motivated to achieve results.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision. You will also be required to possess a driver's licence and have great communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Administer all repairs and maintenance to tools, equipment, and machinery
  • Regularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities
  • Maintain the appearance of our sites and ensure they are presented at a high standard at all times
  • Carry out gardening tasks such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing, and ensure they are completed in a timely manner and to a high quality
  • Ensure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables, and gardening equipment
  • Strip beds, remove linen from villas, clean exterior villa windows, decking, pathways, etc., and complete other tasks including emptying rubbish bins and garden restoration
