Main Responsibilities
  • Manage facilities, equipment and assets at two Distribution Centres
  • Coordinate and monitor contractor performance, ensuring safety and compliance
  • Prioritize and deliver timely solutions to maintenance requests
  • Lead preventative and corrective maintenance activities
  • Analyse root causes to enhance machinery efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Support emergency response and safety management practices
  • Collaborate with leaders to drive strategy and site improvement
Requirements
  • 10 years' experience in site maintenance within manufacturing, logistics or supply chain operations
  • Strong technical skills, preferably with exposure to CMMS systems
  • High mechanical aptitude and ability to undertake minor repairs
  • Effective influencing, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Safety-first mindset, with knowledge of COR and compliance requirements
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets
