We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Leader to join our Senior Management Team.

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic direction, innovation, and execution of our technical services and customer solution architecture.

The CTO will oversee the design and evolution of our technology stack, ensure delivery standards across all customer environments, and drive technical excellence within the engineering team through mentoring and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Skillful Design and Delivery: Define and maintain our overall technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable ICT solutions tailored to meet customer requirements across cloud, infrastructure, and security domains.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Develop and mentor the technical team to build capability, foster innovation, and uphold high standards of technical delivery.
  • Business Collaboration: Contribute to strategic business decisions as part of the Senior Management Team and collaborate across departments to align technical initiatives with organisational objectives.
  • Culture Ambassador: Live by our values and contribute to building our brand.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, ideally within a Managed Service Provider environment.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies, network and security infrastructure, and modern workplace environments.
  • Strong background in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, and designing ICT solutions for SME and mid-market clients.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and ITIL.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and developing others.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS certifications.
  • Experience with PSA/RMM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, Datto or N-able).
