About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Expert to join our team in the In Room Dining area. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service to guests in the In Room Dining area
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the In Room Dining area
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
  • Barista experience is highly valued
  • High tea service experience is highly valued
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
