Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests in the Executive Lounge, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends.
  • Australian working rights and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
