Opportunity in Aged Care

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Clinical Care Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in enriching the lives of our residents by providing exceptional care and support.

The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for driving continuous improvement, acting as a clinical resource, and focusing on service delivery, compliance, and audit processes. This includes:

  • Leading initiatives to improve care quality
  • Providing education and support to staff
  • Managing clinical documentation effectively

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in aged care
  • Leadership experience in clinical care
  • A nursing degree and current registration with AHPRA
  • Strong documentation skills and knowledge of ANACC
