Academic Programs Officer

As an Academic Programs Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of academic programs at the University of Melbourne. Your responsibilities will include managing assessment procedures, examination processes, results reporting, class scheduling, and liaison with academic staff.
Under the guidance of the Program Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own workload, juggling multiple deadlines, and providing expert advice on university regulations.
Your Key Responsibilities- Providing advice to academic staff and students on results, assessment, timetables, and class registration, while also assisting with the planning, administration, collation, and uploading of all examination results.
- Updating the Learning Management System, StudentOne, and University handbook, identifying students requiring priority marking for graduation, coordinating class registration, and entering and monitoring timetabling data.
- Providing Executive Officer support to committees, ensuring accurate record keeping for Academic Misconduct cases, and undertaking other activities to support the Teaching and Learning team.
