**Job Summary:**

We are seeking Support Case Workers to join our team on a rotating 24/7 roster.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist colleagues in providing practical supports to clients, including intake, exits, meal provisions, and linking with external agencies.
  • Respond to crisis situations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Record client interactions accurately in our database, using non-judgmental language.
  • Evaluate client safety by ensuring correct policies are adhered to and necessary assessments are completed.

**Requirements for Success:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate Diploma level qualification in Community Services or equivalent experience and qualifications.
  • Experience working with diverse clients from various backgrounds and levels of disadvantage.
  • Strong listening and engagement skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
