We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead a dynamic team in our Queensland restaurants. Our group is renowned for its exceptional hospitality and culinary excellence.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in high-profile, fast-paced restaurants;
  • 3+ years' senior leadership experience as Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or Executive Chef;
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine;
  • Experience operating high-volume restaurants with a strong focus on quality and efficiency;
  • Excellent financial acumen and organisational skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A proven track record of leading large teams (20+) with a focus on coaching, training, and development;
  • An innate desire to drive results, deliver excellence, and foster a positive work culture.
