Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and ensuring that they are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Manage breakdown work orders and follow up on additional required works.
- Review and manage statutory and non-statutory maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders and corrective actions.
- Conduct monthly interactions to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Manage administration and reporting tasks, including preparing quarterly reports and maintaining SharePoint documentation.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in facilities management, asset coordination, or a similar administrative role within a healthcare or facilities setting.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and reporting, with a focus on compliance and safety.
