Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Facilities Management Professional to join our on-site team in support of a large-scale infrastructure project in South Australia.

This role involves overseeing day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, and managing a small on-site team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating preventive and reactive maintenance activities, liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, and monitoring budgets and reviewing invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day facilities operations management
  • Team leadership and mentoring
  • Maintenance activity coordination via Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Client and stakeholder engagement
  • Budget monitoring and invoice review
  • Compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS), environmental, and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, property, or corporate real estate
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Australian citizenship
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
