Operations Leader

Job Overview:

This role focuses on leading and managing store operations and teams to achieve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and coaching to retail and clinical teams on daily operations.
  • Enhance team performance through effective implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Improve communication between NSO, store, and clinical teams to drive productivity improvement.
  • Drive lead generation and revenue growth through consistent achievement of targets.
  • Lead, manage, and coach clinical teams and store managers during regular visits and communications.
  • Provide business insights to stakeholders on operational and people management issues.
  • Establish and maintain effective people management processes.
  • Ensure store teams can effectively manage the clinical schedule for maximum productivity.
Team Management:
  • Select and recruit suitable team members through effective interview processes.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new team members, with correct timetabling for training and follow-up in all stores.
  • Adhere to employment gateways, including day one/week one reviews and six-month probation reviews.
  • Develop and evolve the area people plan, identifying opportunities for growth and future vacancies.
  • Forecast recruitment needs on a store-by-store basis with NSO's recruitment partner.
  • Implement the Employee Assessment and Development process.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to develop skills and competencies for business success.
