Associate Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at West Wimmera Health Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing/Nurse Unit Manager to develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Lead and manage a team of registered nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of best practice standards of nursing care.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with patients, families, and carers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical care.
- Excellent understanding of iCare, ACFI, and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions in complex situations.
