Associate Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at West Wimmera Health Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing/Nurse Unit Manager to facilitate and foster best practice standards of nursing care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our patients and residents.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical care.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions in complex situations.
- Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
