ABOUT THE ROLE

In collaboration with our National Operations Manager, our Regional Managers are responsible for:

  • Leading teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Supporting and driving teams to uphold consistent operational excellence.
  • Mentoring store leadership teams to enhance team development and performance.
  • Coaching teams to meet sales KPIs and foster growth.
  • Assessing store performance and identifying key priorities during regular visits.
  • Collaborating with head office support teams to ensure stores are equipped for success.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate for the Regional Manager position will possess:

  • Previous experience in multi-site retail management within a dynamic, high-volume setting.
  • Proven ability in managing, training, motivating, and developing teams.
  • A strong passion for homewares and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy with the ability to analyze data for growth opportunities.
  • A positive and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility in working days and hours.
  • A valid unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits.
