Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Assistant

This exciting opportunity is available in our growing HR team, where you will play a key role in recruitment and talent acquisition.

As an Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to assist with the full recruitment process, from creating job requisitions to arranging interviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and publishing job adverts on various platforms
  • Managing applicant flow and coordinating interviews
  • Developing relationships with stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and TA Consultants

In addition to recruitment tasks, you will also provide administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the HR team.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Human Resources, Digital Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. Experience in HR or recruitment is desirable but not essential.
