NDIS Support Specialist

This role involves working as an NDIS support specialist, assessing needs and coordinating support for individuals referred to our organization for services related to the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

About the Role
  • Assist participants in implementing their NDIS plans and coordinating their services and supports.
  • Complete all necessary administrative tasks to ensure full compliance with scheme requirements.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with organizations that provide disability services and support.
  • Promote our organization's services to the market and generate interest in disability support coordination under the NDIS.
About You
  • You will need empathy and care for people with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
Requirements
  • A current driver's license and willingness to travel to clients where required.
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
  • Allied health qualifications or a minimum Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or similar are desirable.
