Residential Real Estate Agent

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our dynamic team as a residential real estate agent. You will be responsible for prospecting, listing and selling residential properties in the Circular Head region.

Job Description:

As a residential real estate agent you will be involved in various aspects of the sales process, including managing the end-to-end sales process from appraisal to settlement, conducting open homes and private inspections, and building strong relationships with vendors and buyers.

  • Manage the entire sales process from appraisal to settlement.
  • Conduct open homes and private inspections to drive interest and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers to deliver a seamless sales experience.

In addition, you will develop and implement tailored marketing campaigns to maximize property exposure, accurately appraise properties and provide informed market advice to clients.

Requirements:
  • Valid real estate license and a current driver's license are essential.
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the North West region.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
  • Articulate communication skills written and verbally with the ability to easily establish relationships.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
