Job Overview

The role of Store Manager is a key leadership position within our retail organization. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of up to 20 members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a high standard of store presentation, including visual merchandising, stock levels and overall store appearance.
  • Stock Management: Liaise with stock allocators to ensure accurate stock levels, manage stock replenishment and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and monitor sales reports, team compliance and other performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment, with a track record of success in developing and motivating teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
