Job Description

As a key member of the housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and has a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

  1. Supervise Daily Operations:
  2. Plan and assign work to ensure efficient completion of tasks and duties.
  3. Assist with performance and development goals for employees, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  4. Onboard and Train New Staff:
  5. Provide comprehensive training and guidance to new housekeeping colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  6. Maintain Quality Standards:
  7. Complete quality inspections alongside the Executive Housekeeper to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are met.
  8. Promote Teamwork and Communication:
  9. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments, fostering a collaborative environment and driving business success.
