Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our online team, customer service team, inventory, and office in charge activities.

This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

About the Role

As a Retail Leader, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of process and procedures, influencing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and promoting a one team culture which celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety, and wellbeing first.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage online team and customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Responsible for inventory management and financial management activities
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote a one team culture and prioritize team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
