As a Keyholder in our optical retail team, you will have the unique opportunity to blend fashion and healthcare expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and clients
  • Dispense lenses and frames according to optometrist prescriptions
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Ensure seamless store opening and closing procedures

About the role:

You will work closely with our optometrists to provide personalized eye care services to patients. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers will be essential in delivering outstanding results.

We are looking for someone with 1+ years of experience in the optical industry or 2+ years of retail sales experience. You should also have prior experience with store opening/closing duties.
