RTO Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RTO manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the employer's Registered Training Organisation (RTO), maintaining 'Fit and Proper Person' Requirements, and ensuring compliance with ASQA NVR Standards for Continuing Registration.
- Manage the employer's RTO, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Maintain 'Fit and Proper Person' Requirements, guaranteeing the employer's RTO remains compliant.
- Carry out duties as a High Managerial Agent, overseeing the RTO's operations.
- Ensure compliance with ASQA NVR Standards for Continuing Registration, preventing any significant non-compliances at audits.
- Assist with Business Development, leveraging OHSA into new and emerging markets, driving growth and expansion.
- Develop positive relationships with industry and government agencies, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
- Manage the development, maintenance, and delivery of quality /WH&S, construction, and mining training and consulting services, ensuring exceptional standards.
- Ensure the employer's RTO maintains its RTO status, adhering to all regulations.
- Excellent understanding of national competencies and assessment instruments, with proven expertise in developing learning and assessment resources.
- Demonstrated experience in the VET sector, with a minimum of 5 years' work experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Preferably recent experience working with either mining, resources, construction, WH&S, or education industry sectors.
- Honest, trustworthy, and reliable, with a strong commitment to integrity.
