Technical Support Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a knack for resolving complex technical issues?

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for employee enquiries and problems related to Technology. You will provide high-quality technical support to Partners and staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong ability to prioritize tasks. They will work closely with the top-tier team in Brisbane to ensure a responsive and customer-centric service desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees, partners, and stakeholders
  • Be the first point of contact for technology-related queries and issues
  • Work collaboratively with the AV team to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records and procedural documents related to IT support and AV services
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a Windows 11 and Office 2019/Microsoft 365 environment
  • Experience working with audio-visual equipment and software
  • Strong understanding of network topology and Active Directory principles
  • Ability to maintain and troubleshoot mobile devices using MDM solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
