We're seeking a talented Learning Partner to join our team at Urban Utilities, focusing on Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) Risk and Compliance. As a key member of our Learning and Capability Team, you'll work closely with our Risk and Resilience Leaders and Experience Partners to design and implement contemporary learning and development programs that empower our people and ensure safety remains our top priority.
Your Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop comprehensive training programs with a human-centered design approach.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify knowledge and skills gaps for the present and future.
- Develop and deliver health, safety, and wellbeing learning programs that align with industry trends, legislation changes, and best practices.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement training programs that support our Health, Safety, and Wellbeing initiatives.
- Design and deliver data-driven reports and presentations to inform business decisions.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in learning and development, preferably in a similar role or with experience in developing comprehensive training programs. You should have a solid understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse teams.
