Job Description

The Associate Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering client, company, and team success.

  • Driving client engagement
  • Ensuring project deliverables are met
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Becoming an expert in Workday's Implementation Methodology to drive successful engagements
  2. Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the Workday product suite, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials
  3. Ensuring projects are properly planned and staffed to meet business objectives
  4. Providing support to senior management on larger projects and collaborating with clients to identify and resolve issues
  5. Tracking issues and risks, communicating status, and escalating concerns as needed
  6. Presents at Executive Steering Committee meetings and identifies opportunities for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or related field
  • Previous Workday experience is highly desirable but not required
  • Practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll is beneficial
  • Knowledge of Internet technology and Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
