Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in processing business-to-business orders and ensuring an outstanding customer experience for clients. This role requires diligence and precision in a fast-paced environment.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and quality-focused, and possess adaptability and quick thinking.


Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently handle customer orders with high accuracy.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order issues.
  • Make and handle general customer calls regarding orders and accounts.
  • Address customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform precise data entry and administrative duties.
  • Coordinate sample orders and approval processes.
  • Manage deliveries and returns with freight partners.
  • Ensure seamless hospital surgery scheduling and surgical equipment dispatch.
