Lead Educator Opportunity

We are delighted to offer a unique chance for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Lead Educator. This role offers the opportunity to design and maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program for primary-aged children.

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning exciting daily activities, preparing and serving healthy snacks, and building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain a high-quality educational program that meets the needs of primary-aged children.
  • Plan and deliver engaging daily activities that promote learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local school community.
Requirements:
  • Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability from 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
