About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at ResMed. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping people achieve better sleep health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers
  • Work closely with our store manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice to customers
  • Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude
