We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Christmas Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Elka Collective in David Jones Adelaide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be our Brand Ambassador by providing customers with a unique Elka Collective experience, while maintaining excellent service standards and fostering a loyal clientele
  • Actively and passionately sell on the shop floor and contribute to the stores sales and KPI targets
  • Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure product knowledge of apparel, footwear, and accessories
  • Assist in managing and replenishing stock and contribute to a well-organized stock room
  • Assist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties, including cleaning as required
  • Always maintain a positive attitude and embrace the Elka Collective culture
  • Availability and flexibility until the end of January 2022, specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
