Job Description

The role of Real Estate Valuation & Advisory Manager involves providing expert valuations and financial modelling services to clients in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities include conducting vendor and acquisition due diligence, providing market research and trend analysis, and collaborating on new and innovative practices.

  • Assist with major healthcare valuations and transactions
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions
  • Conduct due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sector
  • Support the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients

Ey is seeking an experienced professional with strong analytical skills, communication skills, and keen attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or as an Assistant Valuer
  • General understanding of the Health and Aged Care sectors
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
