Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption and deployment of wireless solutions across enterprises
  • Develop and lead customer onboarding experiences and practices
  • Collaborate with customers to assure ongoing knowledge of solution capabilities
  • Design and create content and materials for customers, partners, and employees
  • Analyze customer feature consumption to identify gaps and enhance training
  • Collaborate with renewals teams to address renewal risks and challenges

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Four years of experience working for a software-as-a-service provider
  • Strong communication skills with excellent presentation skills
  • Confident, high-energy, independent, self-motivated team player
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
