Aged Care Professional Wanted for Sydney Residence

Cranbrook Care is seeking a dedicated Aged Care professional to join their team at a premium residence in Neutral Bay, Sydney's lower North Shore.
About the RoleThis full-time, part-time, and casual opportunity requires an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to residents, working closely with a dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing safe and effective personal and clinical care that meets individual resident needs and optimizes their health and wellbeing.
- Maintaining expert knowledge on relevant aged care standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and accreditation at all times.
- Leading and motivating a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care services.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within our entrepreneurial team culture.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Current registration with the NSW Registration Board.
- First Aid and CPR qualification.
- Fluent spoken English and literate in English.
The ideal candidate will also possess desirable skills and attributes, including aged care experience, regulatory compliance knowledge, and palliative care experience.
