About This Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join our Compliance Department as an APAC Compliance Lead. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and operation of all elements of Dexcom's Corporate Compliance Program in the APAC region.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and operation of all elements of Dexcom's Corporate Compliance Program in the APAC region
- Collaborate with global compliance colleagues to identify and mitigate risks
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for stakeholders
- Investigate potential violations of the company's Code of Conduct
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on laws and regulations governing interactions with government officials and ABAC due diligence processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or law
- At least 8 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in the life sciences industry
- At least five years of experience in implementing an ethics and compliance program for a multinational organization
- Experience in conducting internal audits and/or investigations (preferred)
- Strong customer focus, work ethic, and integrity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and decision-making skills
- Excellent business communication and report writing skills
