Lead Retail Store

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Lead Retail Store Manager.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to lead by example, empower their team, and embody a leadership style in line with organisational values.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on retail fundamentals.
  • Previous experience in a retail/hospitality role is desirable but not essential, as we value attitude over experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading and coaching a team of up to 20 members, promoting high standards of teamwork and collaboration.
  2. Driving business performance by implementing strategies that drive sales growth and improve store presentation.
  3. Maintaining effective relationships with stock allocators, store teams, and other stakeholders.
  4. Preparing and monitoring sales reports, rosters, and store compliance.
