About the Role
Product Development
- Manage product samples and track inventory levels.
- Communicate trade reactions and updates to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
- Conduct competitive shopping to inform product decisions.
Range Management
- Create and maintain buying boards, line sheets, and range plans.
- Communicate updated range information to internal teams.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure sample management and range execution.
- Raise purchase orders and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate with marketing to secure product imagery and concession looks.
- Pull samples for online shoots and assist with styling.
Production Management
- Attend fittings and manage production trackers.
- Lead weekly production meetings to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Negotiate prices and confirm delivery details.
Administration and Systems
- Manage AP21, Maple, and Range Plan systems.
- Raise EANS, price tickets, and communicate product changes to stores.
- Assist in buying administration and manage processes to deliver accurate product information.
Requirements
- Relevant retail experience supporting a buying team.
- Analytical skills, numeric accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
